The Life of FLOYD A MILLER

Floyd A Miller, 91, of Hillside Convalescent Center, 233 Unversity Ave., died of a heart ailment there Friday. Services will be at 10 am Tuesday at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Miller was born in Pocahontas County and had lived in Polk County since 1942. He was a retired cement contractor and a member of Acanthus Masonic Lodge and the International Association of Operative Plasterer's and Cement Masons. Among survivors are his wife, Maxine; a son, Bob of Conway, AK; a stepson, Frank Reyno of Des Moines; a daughter, Chris Case of Kansas City, MO; a stepdaughter, Linda Jennings of Desert Palms, CA; and six grandchildren. The family will greet friends from 7 to 9 pm today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Iowa chapter of the American Heart Association.
