The Life of DAISY B ALTEMEIER
Services for Daisy B. Altemeier, 78, of Madrid, who died of cancer Friday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Sundberg-Kilpatrick Funeral Home at Madrid. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery here.
Born near Polk City, Mrs. Altemeier lived in the Madrid area 50 years. She was a member of Evangelical Free Church in Madrid.
Survivors include her husband, William; two sons, Clarence of Belleville, IL, and Norman of Des Moines; a daughter, Grace Brechtel of Des Moines; a sister, Alyce Dawson, of Des Moines, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the Evangelical Free Church at Madrid.
