The Life of KENNETH W REILLEY
Kenneth W. Reilley, 69, of 6901 SE 14th St died of emphysema Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Reilley was born in Anoka, MN, and had lived in Des Moines all his life. He was retired from El View Construction Co., and had worked as a plant superintendent for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of St. Ambrose Cathedral and the Laborer''s Union.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine; two sons, Richard Chambers of Des Moines and Matt of Skanee, MI; his mother, Margie Mallett of Des Moines; a brother, Raymond of Des Moines; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home, where a vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
