The Life of IRENE A SNELL
Irene A. Snell, 71, of 3932 Second Ave. died of cancer Tuesday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Highland Park Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Snell, a homemaker, was born in Rolfe and lived in Des Moines most of her life.
She is survived by two daughters, Rodena Clayton of St. Joseph, MO, and Donna Zambito of Des Moines; two sons, Dennis of Des Moines and James Sr. of St. Joseph; a sister, Velma DeCarlo of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
