The Life of HAROLD G HARNE

Services for Harold Harne, 74, of 1802 Searle St., who died of cancer Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Harne was born in Creston and lived in Des Moines since 1933.  He was a retired glazier for Pittsburgh Plate Glass Industries.  He was a member of the East Gate Masonic Lodge, the Easton Place United Methodist Church, the Glaziers Union and Parents Without Partners.

Survivors include two sons, Warren E. and James M. of Des Moines; three sisters, Mabel Lewis of Perham, MN, Anna Love of Creston and Rae Stull of Sterling, CO; a brother, Harvey of Rock Island, IL; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Central Iowa.  Friends may call today at the funeral home.
