The Life of VIRGINIA ERNESTINE WARREN
Services for Virginia E. Warren, 60, of 415 E. Sheridan Ave., who died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Warren was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and was a clerk for Western Union. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and its rosary society. She was a past president of AmVets Auxiliary 2.
Survivors include her husband, Vern; a daughter, Shelley Kesling of Altoona; a son, Britt of Des Moines; a sister, Nora Johnson and a brother, Harold "Gus" Jones, both of Des Moines, and three grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to All Saints Church or AmVets Auxiliary 2.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
