The Life of WILLIAM IVIN JOHNSON
Services for William I Johnson, 59, of 1815 Harding Road, who died of cancer Friday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at noon Monday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home on Lyon Street. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was born in Eldorado Springs, MO. He lived in Des Moines since 1945 and was a mechanic for Central Wheel and Brake. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Americna Legion, the Beaverdale Post of Veterans of Foreign Wars, and AMVETS.
Survivors include his wife, Judith; two sons, Bob and Don, both of Des Moines, and five grandchildren.
