The Life of JENNIE LIND SCHERLIN
Services for Mrs. Alphonse Scherlin, 72, of 5005 NE Twenty-ninth St, who died of a stroke Saturday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Scherlin, who had been ill six weeks, was born in Garfield County, NE. She lived in Omaha, NE 10 years before moving here 28 years ago.
Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Wilma Scherlin of Des Moines; a son, Lloyd of Grinnell; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Hammang of Arlington, NE; two brothers, Thomas Bryce of Plainview, NE and Clyde Bryce of Bloomfield, NE, and three grandchildren.
