The Life of MARY ELLEN SMITH

Mrs. Mary Smith, 46, of 1204 Walnut St., West jDes Moines, died Friday at Iowa Methodist Hospital of cancer. She had been a West Des Moines resident for 20 years and was a member of the Christian Church of West Des Mones. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at McLaren's Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Melvin; two sons, Marvin and Marion, both of Des Moines; four brothers, three sisters, and two granchildren.
