The Life of VIRGINIA L HUGHBANKS
Virginia L. Hughbanks, 92, of Des Moines died Monday, January 29, 2007 at Trinity Center at Luther Park. Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday February 3, 2007 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 A.M. until service time at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue. Virginia was born February 6, 1914 in Des Moines. She was the co-owner of Gravely Company and was a member of Miller Methodist Church. She enjoyed the circle at church and visiting with her friends. Virginia is survived by her son, William (Eileen) Hughbanks of Tempe, AZ; her son, Richard (Carol) Hughbanks of Mosely, VA; her sister, Dorothy Maxine Wisdom of Munford, TN; her 4 grandchildren; her 3 step-grandchildren; her 4 great-grandchildren; and her 5 step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew, and her sister, Margaret Turner. Memorial contributions may be made to Miller Methodist Church.
