The Life of KENNETH LEO BOATWRIGHT
Services for Kenneth L Boatwright, 82, of 2327 E Thirty-ninth Ct, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sheridan Park United Methodist Church, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Boatwright died of a heart attack Tuesday while vacationing in North Hollywood, CA.
A native of Hastie, he was a retired baker and had spent most of his life in Des Moines. He was a member of the Sheridan Park United Methodist Church.
Surviving is his wife, Fannie; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Piper of Des Moines and Mrs. Kenneth Katzmann of North Hollywood; two sons, Maynard and Kenneth, both of Des Moines, 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
The body is at Conley''s Capitol Hill Funeral Home.
