The Life of RANDALL RICHARD KIRKPATRICK
Randell Kirkpatrick, 43, of Knoxville died Thursday at Broadlawns Medical Center. The cause of death is unknown, pending the results of an autopsy. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Kirkpatrick was born in Des Moines, where he had lived most of his life before moving to Knoxville. He was a postal carrier and union steward with the Postal Service and an Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Liz Kirkpatrick of Des Moines; two daughters, Mandy Kirkpatrick of Des Moines and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick of Newton; a son, Eric of Cedar Rapids; and three sisters, Freida Richardson, Glenda Kelley and Karen Wolver, all of Des Moines.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
