The Life of EUGENE WALLACE RINEHART JR

Eugene W. Rinehart, Jr., 48, of 610 S.E. Magazine Road, Ankeny, died of a heart ailment Sunday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Rinehart was born in Des Moines and moved to Ankeny in 1985 after living in Colorado and Minnesota. He was the manager and owner of Parking Marking in Ankeny and a veteran of the Army. Among survivors are two daughters, Jyl Harms of Linnwood, Minn., and Nicolle Rinehart of Des Moines; a son, Chad of Boulder, Colo.; his father, Eugene, and his mother, Patty Rinehart, both of Johnston; three sisters, Vicki Rinehart of Lockport, Ill., Peggy McLaughlin of Johnston and Goldie Benz of Denver, Colo.; a brother, Mark of Montezuma; and three grandchildren. Visitation information was incorrect in a previous obituary. It should have stated that friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. >>
