The Life of HARLEY WADE
Masonic services for Harley Wade, 71, of 2416 Williams St. will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Wade died Thursday of a heart ailment in Orlando, FL.
A lifelong Des Moines resident, Mr. Wade worked at Wade Refrigeration Co. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Masonic Lodge and Fireside Squares.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth; three daughters, Pat Long of Des Moines, Jackie Connett of Orlando, and Linda Kaas of Tucson, AZ; two sons, Mike and Doug, both of Des Moines; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
