The Life of MORRIS JAY LOCKWOOD
Morris Jay "Red" Lockwood, 69, of 1762 80th Ct, Clive, died Saturday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital of complicatoins of pneumonia. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Lockwood was born in Flint, MI, and moved to Clive in 1954. He was a retired home builder and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Among survivors are a daughter, Trudy Woline of Clive; a son, Larry of Bondurant; a sister, Maxine Willyard of Flint; a brother, Carlton of Saginaw, MI; and six grandchildren.
Mr. Lockwood''s longtime complanion is Joan Onnen of Des Moines.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
