The Life of KENNETH M RIGGS
Kenneth M. Riggs, 67, of 1710 E 14th St. died of cancer Monday at home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Riggs, a retired service manager with Mitchell Transmission, was born in Leon and lived many years in Des Moines.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two sons, Kenneth and Ralph, four daughters, Cyndy Argenta, Sandra Jordan, Michelle Gould and Deborah Helm, a stepson, Fred Alberts, a stepdaughter, Nancy Scharf, and a sister, Betty Richardson, all of Des Moines; a brother, Jerry of International Falls, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 5 to 5:30 p.m.
