The Life of DAVID GENE WEIER
David Gene Weier, 20, of Fort Hood, TX, died in an automobile accident Sunday in Bethany, MO. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Des Moines, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery here.
Mr. Weier was born in Storm Lake and had lived in Des Moines most of his life. He joined the Army last November.
He is survived by two sons, Cody and Tanner, both of Des Moines; his father and stepmother, Loren and Sherry Weier of Linn Grove; and his mother and stepfather, Kristie and Mark Goodlin of Des Moines.
His fiancee was Kerry Button of Des Moines.
The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
