The Life of EARL E DEVINE

Earl E. Devine, 70, of Ankeny, died Monday at Des Moines General Hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage after an illness of three weeks.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ankeny Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Des Moines, Mr. Devine lived in Indianola for 30 years before moving to Ankeny a year ago.  He was a retired truck driver and a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald of Victor and Rex of Ankeny; three brothers, Glenn, Wayne and William, all of Des Moines; three sisters, Mrs. Mae Garvin, Mrs. Louise Monroe and Mrs. Deloris Lambert, all of Des Moines, and five grandchildren.
