The Life of EDITH UNDINE SANDIN
Mrs. John F. Sandin (Edith Undine Sandin), 80, of 1335 Hull Ave. died of pneumonia Thursday at Karen Acres nursing home, 3605 Elm Drive, after a six-month illness.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Sandin was born in Read Oak and had lived in Des Moines 62 years. She was a member of Buchanan Street Meeting House.
Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons, Norman of Ankeny, and Don, Roy, Harold and Marvin, all of Des Moines; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
