The Life of WILLIAM BRIAN KAY
William Brian Kay, 36, of Des Moines was found dead Wednesday in Dallas County, The death has been ruled a homicide. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Kay was born in Keokuk and had lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a framer for home construction. He enjoyed sports, weightlifting and playing guitar.
He is survived by a daughter, Alicia Kay of Pleasantville; a son, Justin of Pleasantville; his mother, Janet Kile of Montezuma; his father, Donald Kay Sr. of Guthrie Center; a sister, Brandy Kay of Des Moines; and his grnadmother, Austine Hobbs of Houston, MO.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
