The Life of SHIRLEY ANN BOGLE

Shirley Ann Bogle, 63, of 3022 Hubbell Ave. died of cancer Tuesday at home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grandview Park Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemeter. Mrs. Bogle lived in Des Moines most of her life and was a retired secretary and bookkeeper for New Oaks Care Center. Among survivors are her husband, Max; three sons, Stephen of Ankeny and Bruce and Eric, both of Des Moines; a daughter, Leona Most of Des Moines; two brothers, Carl Smith of Colfax and Norman Smith of Urbandale; a sister, Jean Fountain of Lillian, Ala,; a half brother, Clifford McCarney of Camas, Wash,; and eight granchildren. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home., where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of central Iowa.
