The Life of NICKOLAS JON HILDRETH

Nickolas Jon Hidreth, 21, of the 1500 block of Wilson Avenue died of an accidental gunshot wound Friday at home.  Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Berean Assembly of God Church, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Hildreth had lived in Des Moines all his life.  He was a painter with Hildreth Decorating, Inc. and had a private pilot''s license.  He enjoyed flying and hunting.

His is survived by his father and stepmother, Brian and Jodi Hildreth, and his mother and stepfather, Chrystal and Dave Judd, all of Des Moines; three sisters, Natalee Pierce of Colfax and Taylor Hildreth and Hannah Judd, both of Des Moines; a brother, Mitchell, two stepsisters, Aimee O''Connor and Lacy Judd, and two stepbrothers, Shannon O''Connor and Luke Judd, all of Des Moines; his grandparents, Dennis McGough and Harold and Charlene Hildreth, all of Ankeny; and his great-grandparents, Doris White of Ankeny, Inez McGough of Fort Dodge, Wilma Dale of Des Moines and James and Hazel Hook of Corydon.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
