The Life of ALLISON SPIKE FAUSETT
Allison Spike "Al" Fausett, 20, of the 1500 block of East 22nd Street died of carbon monoxide poisoning Thursday at home. The death was ruled a suicide. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Highland Memory Garden Cemetery.
Mr. Fausett had lived in Des Moines all his life. He had formerly worked for Hersh Industries and enjoyed playing pool.
He is survived by his father, Paul E. Fausett; a brother, Paul; two sisters, Deena Freeman and Bobbie Fausett; his grandmothers, Dena Kirk and Maxine Fausett; his grandfather, James Kirk; and his great-grandmother, Janice Tipton, all of Des Moines.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''''''''s Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program.
