The Life of MAXINE M BAILEY OXLEY
Maxine M Oxley, 68, of Grimes died of a heart ailment Thursday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton''''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Oxley, a former waitress for Vic''''s Tally-Ho and Michael''s restaurants, lived in Des Moines most of her life. She was a World War II veteran of the Women''s Army Corps.
Among survivors are two daughters, Trish Kimrey of Grimes and Mary Keck of Albuquerque, NM; a sister, Margaret Sunnes of LeRoy, MN; two brothers, Calvin Wilson of Sedalia, MO and Ray Wilson of Osceola; and two grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
