The Life of RALPH JOHN SHOLLY
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at First Grace Brethren Church for Ralph Arjay Sholly, 13, of 909 Lyon St., who died Thursday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center of abdominal injuries suffered when a mobile home fell on him Monday night. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The youth was born in Indiana and lived in Des Moines the past three years. He was a pupil at Amos Hiatt Junior High School and was a member of First Grace Brethren Church. He was a Des Moines Register paper carrier.
Survivors include his father and mother, the Rev. and Mrs. John Sholly; two sisters, Patti of Des Moines and Jeannie Joy Toomey of Pleasant Hill; paternal grandmother, Mary Leal of Yuba City, Calif,; and maternal grandmother, Marie Shaw of Battle Creek, Mich.
Dahlstrom Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
