The Life of CLARA FAYE WATSON
Clara Faye Watson, 69, of the 2000 block of Courtland Drive died of cancer Monday at Kavanagh House on Grand in West Des Moines. Services will be at noon Thursday at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Watson had lived in Des Moines all her life. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Clipperton and two sons, Martin and Rodger, all of Des Moines; a brother, Tom Dawson of Norwalk; and a sister, Betty Green of Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Kavanugh House on Grand in West Des Moines.
