M. Pearl Darnell, 88 of 800 24th St. died of a heart ailment Thursday at Broadlawns Medical Center. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Darnell ws born in Lovillia and lived in Des Moines 65 years. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter, Doris Nolan of Des Moines; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
