The Life of DOREEN E WALLACE
Doreen "Dody" Wallace, 70, of 4833 84th St. Urbandale, died of a heart attack Friday at home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Stephen''s Lutheran Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Wallace was born in Des Moines and had lived in the area all her life. She was a retired area communications manager with the General Services Administration.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; a son, Chan of Altoona; a daughter, Connie Withey of Larkspur, CO; a brother, Don Moreland of Johnston; a sister, Lois Whitehurst of Tempe, AZ; and three grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church or the Shrine Children''s Hospital. Arrangements are being handled by Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
