The Life of FRANK EDWARD KRANTZ
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Highland Park Presbyterian Church for Frank Edward Krantz of 6209 NW 59th Ct., Johnston. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens cemetery. Mr. Krantz, 76, died of a heart ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center.
Born in Saylorville, he lived in the Des Moines are all of his life and retired as owner of Krantz Brothers Floor Covering. He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Bodies, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine and the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Kathryn; two sons, James of Pleasant Hill and Steven of Urbandale; two daughters, Janice Krantz of New York City and Susan Foley of Harrison, NY; two sister, Dorothy Horner of Des Moines and Clara Raye of Waukee; and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
