The Life of SHARON KAY ERICKSON
Sharon Kay Erickson, 63, died Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Kavanagh Hospice House on Grand. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 25 at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Sharon was born January 1, 1942 in Des Moines, IA. She worked as a teachers associate for the Des Moines Public Schools. She loved all the staff and students at Ruby Van Meter School.
Sharon in survived by her loving husband, Richard; four children, Michael Erickson, Michelle Anthony, Lori Jordan and Doug Erickson; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pat Bain and Bev Hiatt; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
