The Life of HARLAN H FLEMING
Services for Harlan "Boots" Fleming, 61, of 7106 Del Matro Drive, will be a 3 p.m. Monday at Westover Funeral Home with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Fleming, who died Friday of a heart attack, was the owner of Peggy''s Cafe and Tavern, 3020 Forest Ave., a member of the New Christian Church, the American Legion and the Cosmopolitan International Club. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Crestview Retirement Home.
Survivors include his wife, Lela; a son, John of New York City; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Ritchie and Mrs. Norma Malsam, both of Des Moines, Mrs. Helen Montgomery of Burbank, CA, and Mrs. Dorothy McDaniel of Portland, OR; and two brothers, Roy of Springfield, MO and Loran of Portland, OR.
