The Life of EDWARD C LITTELL
Edward C. Littell, 83, of 1138 E Eighth St. died of a heart ailment Friday at Riverview Care Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Littell was born in Scandia and had lived in the Dea Moines area most of his life. He retired from the Des Moiens Public Works Department.
Surviving are his wife, Ethel; a son, Harold of Des Moines; five daughters, Marilyn Grother, Patty Raymond, Florence Ellis and Phyllis Aller, all of Des Moines and Bertha Sullivan of Fargo, ND; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
