The Life of ADDISON B CLARK

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Highland Park Funeral Home for Addison B Clark, 59, of 780 NW Sixty-seventh Place, who died of cancer Monday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Born in Sherman, Texas, he lived in Des Moines 35 years. He previously lived in Menphis, Tenn. Mr. Clark was a retired employee of Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. and a member of Saylorville Baptist Church. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Freda; four sons, Addison Byron Jr., Douglas Alan, Christopher Mark and Walter Campbell, all of Des Moines; a daughter, Jayne Marie of Des Moines; his mother, Marguerite Clark of Memphis; two brothers, W.T. of Memphis and Baker T of Evansville, Ind., and eight grandchildren. The family suggest memorials to the American Cancer Society. Friends may call at the funeral home.
