The Life of DONALD LEO HALL

Donald Leo Hall, 85, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 18, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 22, at 2 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Private burial will be held.

Don was born in Des Moines and lived in the area for all of his life.  He graduated from East High School, and completed accounting and auditing courses from the University of Wisconsin through the US Armed forces institute, and served in the coast guard during WW2.

Don retired as director of the state audit division, state auditors office.

His memberships include Westminster Presbyterian Church, Golden K Kiwanis Club, and the National Association of Accountants.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Honor; daughter, Marsha (Alan) Woolfolk of Bella Vista, AR; step-daugther, Barbara Stacy of Pasadena, CA; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
