The Life of LESTER EUGENE BOUGH
Services for Lester E. Bough, 55, of 3913 Sixty-fourth St. will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Gospel Assembly Church, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Bough died Sunday of complications following surgery at Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Mr. Bough was born in Decatur, IL, and lived in Des Moines 23 years. A US Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Gough was a building superintendent at the Jewett Building and a member of Gospel Assembly Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth, a son, Kenneth of Des Moines; three daughters, Cindy Jepson of Bondurant, Debbie Cox and Rhonda Abshire, both of Des Moines; his mother, Effie Bough of Kincaid, IL; three brothers, William of Kincaid, Richard of Indianola and Frank of Langleyville, IL; three sisters, Marguarite Brown of Beecher City, IL, Dorothy Laughlin of Pataskala, OH, and Mary Taylor of Kincaid, and six grandsons.
Hamilton''s Funeral Home is in charge of service arrangements.
