The Life of KATHRYN LUCILLE HASKINS JONES
Kathryn L. Jones, 73, died Thursday, May 7, 2009. Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave. in Des Moines, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Kathryn was born May 19, 1935 in Albia to Wilma and Theodore Hainline. She worked for Allied Insurance for many years as an underwriter. She enjoyed going to Prairie Meadows, traveling to California and Texas to visit her daughter, and spending time with her "six pack" friends. Kathryn is survived by her children: Teri (Kevin) Andrews, Peggy (Flavio) Camargo, Richard Jones, and Russell (Jerrod Lowe) Jones; her grandchildren: Shane Andrews, Shara Jackson, Francisco Camargo, Lorenzo Camargo, Katelyn Jones, Dylan Jones, Amanda Griffith, and Jerrica Lowe; her great grandchildren: Chase Jackson, Cali Jackson, Brooklyn Andrews, and Carter Menefee; and her siblings: Dick Hainline, Tom Mundell, Audrey Birkenfeld, and Jim Hainline. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Larry Haskins; and her brothers: Ron Mundell and Bud Hainline. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2009 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Kathryn.>>
