The Life of MILDRED MARY LOLL
Mildred M. Loll, 95, of Springfield, OH formerly of Des Moines, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 in the Alterra Sterling House, Springfield. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 17 at Iles Funeral Homes-Grandview Park Chapel. Graveside services will be 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery followed by a 10:30 a.m. Saturday memorial service and funeral luncheon at Hope Lutheran Church .
Mildred was born on February 17, 1914 in Valley Junction, IA, the daughter of Leslie and Maude (Crickshank) Wiles. She spent many years of service at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She moved to Springfield in 1997 to be near her children.
Mildred is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Jack Clark of Cedarville, OH; son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Victoria Loll of Vandalia, OH; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and John Spencer, Bonnie and Gene Knepper; and one brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Eunice Wiles all of Des Moines; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ernest and seven brothers and sisters.
