The Life of BETTY JO LANKFORD
Betty Jo Lankford, 72, was born September 1, 1938, in Des Moines and passed away at her home December 11, 2010.
Betty Jo enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and visiting Prairie Meadows.
Betty Jo is survived by her children, Pam (Mike) Jacobs; Bill (Cori) Lankford, Jr. and Michael A. Foggia; brother, Richard Wicker; sister, Marilyn Mosley; and her beloved grandchildren, Lindsey, Austin and Margaret. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther Wicker; William Lankford, Sr.; and Mike S. Foggia.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
