The Life of JENNIFER LYNN LETZE
Jennifer Letze age 18 passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in a car accident. She was born October 18, 1991 to Bev and Jim Letze.
She was a 2010 graduate of Lincoln High School, had attended McKinley Elementary and McCombs Middle School.
She enjoyed youth bowling, hanging with her friends, texting and facebook. She enjoyed watching Secret Life of an American Teenager and Teen Mom. Most of all she loved spending time with her long time boyfriend Joshua Worden.
She was on the national donor registry in hopes of helping others. She was employed at Maurices and was to attend La James School of Cosmetology and ultimately a career as a mortician.
She is survived by her mother Bev of Des Moines, father and stepmother Jim and Bobbi Letze, step-siblings Emily, Jake and Tim Wymore of Chariton. Grandmother Shirley Letze of Chariton, Grandfather William Michael of Des Moines, many relatives and numerous friends.
Jennifer was preceded in death by sister Jamie Letze, Grandmother Juanita Michael, Grandfather Richard Letze, cousin Becki Smith and uncle Rick Letze.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Services will be held at 9:00 am Monday at the funeral home followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family will be donated in Jennifer’s memory.
Casual dress requested.
