The Life of MADELEINE ANDRE
Madeleine Andre, 98, died Monday, December 1, 2008 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Madeleine was born on April 21, 1910 to Louis Beugin and Virginia Leveque in Paris, France.
Madeleine and Frank Andre were united on May 5, 1934 and were happily married for 65 years. She worked for the State of Iowa for 25 years before retiring in 1975.
Madeleine is survived by her loving sister, Jennie Clark; a variety of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Helen; 2 brothers, Lewis and Maurice; 2 nephews, Charles and Virgil; great-niece, Amy.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave. Friends may visit with family one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
