The Life of EDNA LILLIAN HILL MOWREY
Edna Mowrey, 78, passed away of natural causes Monday, April 19, 2010, at the Kavanagh House.
Edna is survived by her daughter, Vickie (Jesus) Avila; sister, Dorothy (Oscar) Haus; twelve grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Golda Mowrey; brothers, Donald Boley and Albert Mowrey; and her sons, Dennis and Robert Ponx.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2010, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
