The Life of SHIRLEY A HERTZ
Shirley Hertz, 70, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at Iowa Health Hospice Taylor House in Des Moines. Shirley was born February 7, 1937 in Des Moines. She worked at Diamond Animal Health for 20 years. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hertz; daughter, Lynda Hills of Des Moines; son, John Hertz of Ankeny; four grandchildren; sisters, Cleo Murray of Des Moines, and Phyllis Snell Leavenworth of Kansas; three brothers, Carl Moses of Dubuque, Iowa, Larry Moses of Logandale, Nevada, and Robert of Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is preceded in death by her sister, Marti Hertz of Grimes. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2007 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Visitation will be held 3-5 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2007 at the funeral home.
