The Life of HAROLD W TAYLOR
Harold “Bud” Taylor, 88, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Taylor House Hospice. He was born October 5, 1921 in Booneville, Iowa to Bessie Caldwell and Grant Taylor.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Bud was a WWII Veteran in the Marine Corp.
Bud is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dee; son, Kent (Sue) Taylor; daughter, Susan Reed; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 1, 2010 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines. A visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Taylor House Hospice in loving memory of Bud.
