The Life of TINA MARIE FREY PERLA
Tina Marie Frey-Perla, 48, of Goodland, KS, passed away Friday, December 3, 2010. Tina was born January 16, 1962, in Ogden, UT. She attended Ankeny High School and Des Moines Area Community College. She lived most of her life in the Des Moines area.
She enjoyed traveling the States as an over-the-road truck driver, alongside her husband. Some of her personal interests were drag racing, football, and spending time at home.
Tina is survived by her husband, Todd; daughters, Megan Yingst, Miquel (Jason) Hadsall, and Marissa (Jimmy) Grimes; six grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriel, Makenna, Owen, Zacchaeus, and Brilee. Tina is also survived by her mother and stepfather, Patti and Wayne Maschmeier; her father, Gary Frey, Sr.; her brothers, Gary Jr., Mike and Billy; as well as nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be 10 am, Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family will visit with friends from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday, December 8, at the funeral home.
