The Life of JOSEPH EUGENE HERRICK
Joseph Eugene Herrick, 21, entered into eternal life on Monday, November 23, 2009, at his home. Joseph was born on October 24, 1988, in Des Moines, Iowa, where he lived his entire life.
He enjoyed spending time with his two children, family and friends. Joe had a carefree, sensitive spirit, who loved to make people laugh, and had a passion for music.
Joe is survived by his two children, Jaiden Aniyah Herrick and Dylan Richie Herrick; his mother, Laura Marshall; father, Derby Herrick; his girlfriend, Heather Anderson; sister, Sara Zaragoza; brother, Jacob Herrick; grandparents and a host of other very close friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kaitlyn Dawn Marshall-Herrick; and aunt, Goldie Marshall.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, with visitation one hour prior to services at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be made to his family or to Great Western Bank – Joseph E. Herrick Memorial Fund – in care of Sara Zaragoza, in loving memory of Joe.
