The Life of JESSICA ANN RAMSEY
Jessica Ann (Scherman) Ramsey passed away Saturday, March 14, 2009 at her home.
Jessica was born December 10, 1982 in Des Moines, the daughter of Mark Alan Ramsey and Pamela Ann Scherman. She grew up in Minneapolis where she graduated from South High School. Jessica moved to Des Moines two years ago. She was a service cashier at Bob Brown Chevrolet. Jessica had a tremendous sense of humor and was fun to be with. She had excellent computer skills and enjoyed anything computer related. Jessica was a life long animal lover.
Jessica is survived by her boyfriend, Joe Rutherford of Des Moines; mother, Pamela Scherman of Minneapolis; father, Mark Ramsey of Des Moines; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Richard Ramsey of Des Moines and Mr. & Mrs. Ronald Scherman of Minneapolis; aunts, Angela Daniels, Patrice Asleson, Cindy Lawrence and Ronnie Nordquist all of Minneapolis, Carolyn Ramsey of Des Moines, and Elisabeth Ramsey of Winterset; uncle, Kirk Ramsey of Memphis, TN; along with numerous cousins and various other family members.
Jessica has been cremated and a memorial service will be held 7 p.m., Friday, March 20 at Iles Funeral Homes - Westover Chapel. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, in the name of Jessica Ann (Scherman) Ramsey.
