The Life of REDA MARIE AUSTIN
Reda Marie Austin, 85, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26 at Iles Funeral Homes – Grandview Park Chapel.
Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Reda was born February 14, 1923 in Adelphi, Iowa, the daughter of Byron and Elsie Northway. She and Kenneth Austin were married September 6, 1940 and she devoted her life to making a home for her family.
Reda is survived by her son, Richard (Linda Rossow); daughters, Janice (Steve) Green and Karen Smith (Ron Holder); five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Austin, three brothers, one sister and one grandson.
