The Life of YIN KRAY
Yin Kray, 71, died December 31, 2007 at Iowa Lutheran in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born June 2, 1936 in Battamabang, Cambodia. He enjoyed going to Willis Adult Daycare, spending time with his grandchildren, and he loved eating and being with his family. He is survived his loving wife of 38 years, Cheam Cheas, son, Yeth (Trak Tip) Yin, daughters, Caitlyn (Shon Hen) Yin and Jane (Tib Cavan) Yin, grandchildren; Steven, Darren, Emily, Cedrick and Caleb, nephew, Phoeuk (San Yin), niece, Suen Kilgore, brother-in-law, Ang Chhem and sister-in-law, Y Pha and several families member still surviving in Cambodia. Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Visitation will be Friday, 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial of cremated remains will be 2 p.m. Monday, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Yin.
