The Life of BEULAH K PATTON
Beulah K. Patton, 97, went to heaven on July 30, 2007 at Sunny View Care Center.
She was born August 20, 1909 in Memphis, MO. She moved to Fairfield, IA in 1954 and then to Ankeny in 1998.
Beulah was active all of her life in her church and serving the Lord. She was a member of Chapter #258 Order of The Easter Star for 53 years. Her interests included family, sewing, crocheting, gardening, homemaking, traveling, and retail sales with the family business.
After 76 years of marriage, her husband, George A. Patton, preceded her in death in 2004.
Survivors include her daughter, Lavon Angstead, grandsons, Mike and Dan, and great-grandson, Dakota. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister.
Celebration of Life Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Ankeny Funeral Home. Family will greet friends one hour prior to services Thursday. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Parkinsons'' Foundation or Hospice Foundation of America.
