The Life of MARGARET MARIE LINT
Margaret Lint, 79, died Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on November 7, 1930 in Parker, Colorado to Charles and Wilma Fisher.
Margaret enjoyed bowling, ceramics, gardening, cooking and was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan. She helped her husband start Lint Transfer in 1958 while raising three children. Margaret was an active member of the National League of Families for the accounting of MIA/POW's. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her son, Terry Lint (Shery); daughter, Julie Florer (Bill); one grandson; one great- grandson; and friend, Jerry Talley. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Donn; and son, Mike.
Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
